Re: Support Wandsworth's first sustainable fish-box scheme

Ah, yeah, I think signing up makes you expect to receive something so I admit I never checked the site again after being subscribed. As a single person living alone, I couldn't commit to a box a week. A box a month, probably. I'll be on the look out for the newsletter at any rate.

Re: Dead Foxes - Illegal Poisoning in the Nappy Valley Area?

He uses a box trap which is super effective and humane. And he properly disposes of them. This link has a video of his fox trap i...

Re: Building control for new loft

I was just reading about privately recommended Building Control with loft conversions in this thread. http://www.nappyvalleynet.com/mums/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=53748&start=15#p128028 Go to the second page of the thread. Sounded like a bit of extortion in that case. Not saying it is so with you...

Re: fantastic new fishmongers in Balham - let's support it

Got a recipe for that fish burger? Sounds yummy! I second the recommendation for Volker and Quinn! Got some lovely hake on Saturday for fish burgers and it was amazingly fresh. I love Moxon's too, but they are only open Tue-Sat and as a local of Balham, it's great to have a good fish supplier locall...

Re: Waitrose Balham theft of purse

A little known fact that the banking world don't want us to know is that the pin is embedded in our card. A reading device that the low-lifes have can extract this information. It's a process as swift as pressing a button.
