Therapeutic foot massage needed! Post Reply

Hi there,

My other half suffers from aching feet and is desperately in need of a therapeutic foot massage. He wears orthotics sometimes and suspects he may have plantar fasciitis.

Is there anywhere locally where he could get a firm and therapeutic foot massage? I haven't been able to find anywhere yet.

I understand his pain. I have plantar fasciitits and I suffer a lot. I did physio and taping my foot helped a lot. But what he needs most is to rest his foot and use proper shoes. Ecco shoes helped me a lot.

One day I tried jogging in Battersea park. Next day my foot was very achy and stayed that way for two months! So, better avoid sports with great feet impact. Swimming is great for those with plantar fasciitis.

Thanks for your response. He is trying to rest his feet more often and this seems to help. It is a rotten condition!
