An ‘abandoned’ Christmas tree smashed through a woman’s window in Battersea because of strong winds.
Rebecca Manning, a veterinary nurse, posted the image on Twitter shortly after 8am this morning (18 January).
She said: “One hell of a wake up call #windy”
It is not totally clear how the tree ended up damaging the window, however she said someone left it outside.
Someone asked if she was okay before replying: “Got a fright but ok, some idiots dumped Christmas trees are the cause.”
