Whitgift open rugby trials potentially leading to scholarships

Whitgift are holding an Open Rugby Trials afternoon for current Year 8 (U13) students, for Year 9 (U14) entry in September 2016.

Applications to attend these Trials should be sent to Mrs Alison Goveia at a.goveia@whitgift.co.uk, with student’s name, date of birth, school, rugby club(s), and a brief rugby playing CV, by Friday 6 November 2015. Further details will be sent to those being invited in for the Trials.

The Trials will be run by Mr Chris Wilkins (Director of Rugby at Whitgift and former London Wasps player), and Mr Tom Stradwick (Rugby Development Officer at Whitgift). The successful applicant(s) will be offered a Whitgift Sports Scholarship, which could include remission off the boarding fees in addition to the day fees.
