Introducing Portico Estate Agents…

Portico Estate Agents are a friendly, approachable bunch, who will really go the extra mile for their clients. That’s why they don’t just offer a service, but an experience…

DIY help

Portico Estate Agents

As any Londoner will tell you, it’s a real chore to find a reliable and cost-effective tradesman or handyman in this town.

That’s why Portico decided to launch their own in-house trades team, who can help you refurbish or spruce up your property before it’s brought to market, or help you with your DIY jobs once you’ve moved in.

They’re proud to be able to offer these services to all local residents, even if you’re not an Portico existing client.

Best of all is that you can drop your keys into your nearest Portico office (they’re open 8:30am – 7pm), so there’s no need to wait in for the work to be completed. They offer a transparent pricing structure, take payment over the phone, and offer a same day call out capability.

Move in essentials

Portico really look after you throughout the buying or selling process – and even once you’ve moved in. Their Portico Welcome Pack is a little gift, which includes some move-in essentials and useful information to help you out on your first day in your new property.

Eat out, shop and drink for less

If you’re a Portico client, you’ll also receive a Portico Places card or key tag, which gives you access to loads of fantastic deals and discounts (like 50% off popular cafes, or free yoga sessions) in your local area – and throughout London.

Portico Places in the Clapham and Battersea areas include Esca Deli, The Pepper Tree, The Bread & Roses Theatre, The Craft Beer Co, Eco, 64th&Social and The SouthSider cocktail bar, Kalyana Spa, Humble Grape, and many more.

To get your free Portico Places card, email with the number of cards needed and your postal address.

Portico London Estate Agents offer a huge range of properties to rent, and for sale. They have branches in both Clapham and Battersea, as well as across London.
