Meal Planning for Weight Loss

Postby Fit for Life C » Fri May 19, 2017 1:49 pm

Planning meals really helps with weight loss

Not only does it help you manage your time better, but it also alleviates the stress of getting home totally ravenous and then having to cook something

We’ve all been there – and that’s when we don’t tend to make the best choices

And there are numerous other benefits too

As I’ve already mentioned, it will save you time and it will also save you money

By planning your meals, then doing your shopping, you won’t waste so much time standing in front of your fridge each afternoon deciding what to make for dinner

You’ll also save time from running back and forwards to the shops to pick up last minute ingredients

And you’ll save money, as everything you buy is specifically for something you’re cooking, so there’s no wastage

Plus, fresh, home cooked meals are a lot cheaper than food that is pre-prepared

It is more nutritious and has fewer calories too

It might take a bit of getting used to – but planning really does work

Remember the saying… ‘Fail to plan and you plan to fail’

I really love these burrito bowls by Tasty

They make a really delicious lunch
