I hope you have better luck finding someone to do a couple of days a week than I did, trying to replace myself in a job I'd been doing for 5 years. You would think there'd be queues of people after the job. I've advertised all over on networking and got an agency offering a very glamorous 'finance manager' and somebody who 'wasn't sure she'd have the time but she'd see if she could squeeze it in'. I eventually found a friend of a friend.

Everyone wants to work cloud-based these days it seems............
