This is a fabulous role working for an exciting property development company based in Mayfair.

Team Secretary to the Operations Team
Location: 3 St James Square, London
Reporting to: Office Manager
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Backed by India’s largest real estate developer, this company is a London focused residential developer with two major development projects in its portfolio: They have aspirations to build a substantial residential development business in London and is actively looking to add new projects across price points to its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities • Broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing extremely active calendars; organising large meetings spanning across various countries, organising conference calls, setting up client meetings/workshops, ensuring plans are communicated well with the team and any stakeholders involve • Completing multiple travel related tasks on a daily basis across the team: booking flights, organising visa applications, responding to any changed travel plans promptly and effectively • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the senior leadership team and internal departments • Works closely and effectively with team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately • Prioritises conflicting needs; handles matters efficiently, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures • Provides support for any project work as required, creating and designing team organograms or assisting with presentations when needed

Person Specifications
• At least one years’ experience in a similar role within a professional, fast moving environment
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and excellent IT knowledge
• Professional approach
• Able to use initiative and think on feet
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience working in a fast paced organisation
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Team Worker
