Re: Pilates classes for men

Pepilates in Clapham. There’s a couple of classes I’ve been to where there’s a few regular male participants in the combi pilates classes and they also have a male teacher. Only issue is the lease ending in June and it seems the Clapham branch will cease trading.

Re: Bunk bed

We had recently bought our son a bunk bed with slide and trundle from http://kidsfuntimebeds.co.uk
They do 0% finance option which is great to spread the cost over a year

Re: Independent kitchen company

Try asking the Shaker Kitchen Co just on Abbeville Rd for a quote too. My friends had theirs from there recently and it looked really good. The prices on the website look comparable to the prices you've quoted.

Re: Kids karate?

Not exactly answering your qn, but if you go to the church hall's notice board, you should be able to see the timetable of all the classes held there and find the contact of the karate teacher accordingly

Re: A what age did you let your kids go up and down the stairs?

We never had stair gates, I can't remember any age when we started trusting them. What we did however was to make rules for how they were allowed to approach the stairs. So when quite small only crawling backwards. Then when a bit bigger bitter only by holding on and one step at the time. Basically...

Re: Fake Locksmith Scam - beware

Hi. Found one at my house (Clapham Common North Side). Different telephone number (07932 961616) We found the locksmith sticker with this number today! Looks like he's still handling them out even though we're also in Clapham (nowhere near cricklewood!) The second picture in his yell.com profile is...

Re: nurseries in Balham

Maybe also look at the marmalade schools (there's 2 in Balham)? They seem quite popular with the younger siblings in my son's school

Re: Employing a nanny

We use a nanny payroll company (PAYEfornannies is the one we use), they make it all very simple and produce all the payslips, tell you how much to pay to HMRC and when, etc. They charge an annual fee of about £140. I can't remember if they provided a contract but there are pro forma ones on the int...
