Re: Will a TRIKIDOO solve my school run drama

Hi, Congratulations for trying not to use your car for school runs, riding can be such fun for the whole family! I've been using a Babboe cargobike for the last 18 months and I can tell you that however living in a hilly area, I find it great! They have an electric assisted version that makes every ...

Re: What DO we want on Northcote Road???

I agree with you Suki1, a good brasserie like the one you name! and... talking about pizza, I really do miss Marzano as to me Buena Sera is absolutely not as pleasant and kids friendly. On a shop point of view, when the carpet shop closed I had a quick dream it could become something like The White ...

Hi,

I don't have a Trikidoo but a second-hand Babboe bike if interested:

Re: Northcote Road - The Burger Wars!!!

Just can't understand why we have so many burger joints around... Did we really need Byron when we already had GBK (my favourite) + all the pubs, Cattle Grid and Draft House?
In addition to that, Marzano had very decent pizzas and a very child friendly atmosphere (no equivalent on Northcote Road now).

Re: Anyone got a Nihola, Trikidoo, BellaBike2?

Hi, I've had a Babboe for a little bit more than 1 year and it litterally changed my life! I no longer use my car for both school run and shopping: you can seat up to 4 children on benches that are also reclinable when you need some extra space, so even big shopping is possible with the Babboe! The ...

Re: Mark Warner vs Club Med vs Others?

Hi Abi, I would definitely go for Club Med! Since our 2nd child has been born, it's been our best solution for family holidays: children under 2 go to Baby Club and 2 to 4 to Petit Club. Both are creche with professionally trained and qualified staff. The rules they apply are the same as the one in ...

Re: Paris and no baby seats in cabs!

Completely agree with Almaceti... forget the metro, it's hell with a buggy. You can consider buses though... but I would go for a taxi with my child on your lap. I did that several times in Paris it's legal and as long as your child is on your lap and you buckle up your seat belt, they have the boos...

Re: Need advice on bicycles for Mum and three kids

I just went on the Babboe.co.uk website, you should have a look as they have special offers at the moment and they organise free trials as well. Good luck!

Re: Need advice on bicycles for Mum and three kids

I agree with you, Babboe bikes are fantastic, I bought an electric one for my 2 little ones and it just changed my life... The kids love it and they're more stable than a bike with a trailer. Although pricey, Babboe bikes are the less expensive on the market and we calculated that we offset the pric...

Re: Pre School Set For Eviction

We certainly need more primary school places, and because of that I voted FOR Alderbrook School expansion. I can't remember reading or hearing anything about Lochinvar eviction in their project... otherwise, I would have voted AGAINST it!
