one element now runs Training in the Park sessions on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
We already have a great team of clients at Wimbledon Park on Tuesday mornings at 9.45am and we’ve just launched sessions on Wandsworth Common West Side on Tuesdays at 10.00am and on Fridays at 9.30am.
These one-hour sessions are exhausting, but we guarantee you’ll see results. For anyone wanting to achieve higher levels of fitness, strength and endurance than you’ve probably ever had before – this is the session to join. Our sessions involve a number of different exercises that are repeated at a frequency dependent on your particular fitness level. You set your own pace and interact with the trainers who run the sessions to establish a level that’s right for you.
Whether you’re working from home, you’ve just dropped the children off at school or nursery, or happen to have some free time one day, Training in the Park is a great way to kick start your day with a fantastic work out in the fresh air. Do come and get involved in any of these sessions, even if you don’t usually train with us – we’d love to see you down there.
