Basement tanking damp proofing Costs?

Postby Tpa » Wed Sep 20, 2017 5:21 pm

Hello! Can anyone please let me know the rough cost to tank out my under stairs basement area? It's about 7 x 2 meters. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated! Trish

Hi
Are you doing any digging?

We paid the same a few years ago but there was no building work.

Other friends have dug out a bit etc and it's cost quite a bit more but then it does feel like another room down there!

To clarify, we didn't do any digging, just tanking so it's damp proof.

Hi, we use a specialist firm for client projects requiring waterproofing, drop me a line at mike@ensoul.co.uk and i will make an introduction. Around £5k+VAT seems reasonable depending on the type of waterproofing system specified (you may also require additional ventilation), all the best, Mike, Director, www.ensoul.co.uk
