Hi. Have you found someone for this yet? I'm a semi retired surveyor, but do all sorts of decorating/DIY jobs in the area. Happy to put up curtain poles, assemble furniture etc. Rate is £25 per hour. Thanks Johnny

Highly recommend Mick Blackley too - I had a change of tenants in a local property and he was great at mending, fixing and dealing with all sorts of annoying bits and bobs, from new shower doors to sash window cords to redecorating walls, fixing furniture. He came when he said he would, brought in help as necessary and got everything done on time.

I thought I would post a recommendation for Johnny who replied to my post here and that has been fantastic with all our requests! Extremely professional, gives good advice and does not invent jobs to do.

I'd highly recommend Mick Blackley as well. Got his details from a recommendation here, and he's done a great job for us since. Very punctual, thorough, and happy to go beyond the specified work as well! Couldn't be happier!
