Recommend an architect/planning advice?

Postby Laura35 » Wed Jun 25, 2014 1:32 pm

I'm interested in doing a first floor extension over a garage attached to the house. Can anyone recommend an architect or surveyor who is very familiar with current planning regulations in Lambeth? The extension will be visible from the street but won't block light to neighbours. I've heard that Lambeth are strict when it comes to planning but also that legislation has been relaxed over recent years so wonder what we can do?

Hi

Speak to Philip Nicholson at ASG - Architectural Services Group, on 020 7381 9149.

He will know what exactly what Lambeth will allow you to do in this case

certainly different local authorities present different challenges - this is my practice, and we have good experience of planning applications with LBC.
