Brain Fog, Exhaustion, Anxiety, Stress At Work? Free Online Summit

Postby jimisayo » Thu Jun 22, 2017 7:56 am

The PCOS Summit is back! The free online global summit that focuses on the hormonal imbalance condition, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome opens its doors on Monday, June 26. The theme for this year's Summit is How To Balance Your Hormones and Be Happy, Healthy and High Performing at work.

PCOS affects at least 1 in 10 women and is the number one cause for difficulties conceiving or carrying a pregnancy to full term. Women with PCOS are insulin resistant, at risk of Type 2 Diabetes and endometrial complications.

As a hypnotherapist specialising in women's wellness, I've interviewed 24 experts in women’s health and hormones and each speaker will share their insights to balance blood sugar levels, manage acne, keep hirsutism under control, address mineral deficiencies, boost energy, lose weight, sleep better, and even egg freezing for empowerment regarding fertility options.

The recurring theme by the speakers is that women need to take back their power when it comes to their health. Power comes with knowledge and understanding.

The way we eat, sleep, think, and move; the way we are spoken to, or feel we are being treated, even the way we sit or move at work influences the endocrine system.

When you think of the endocrine system as the hormonal communication highway that governs hunger and appetite, sleep, sex drive, fertility, and emotional responses, it's time for you to take stock of what your mind and body are trying to tell you through your health.

The PCOS Summit is your opportunity to understand the underlying hormonal triggers behind health problems like exhaustion, brain fog, panic attacks, eating disorders, adult acne, excess hair growth, male pattern balding, irregular periods and disrupted ovulation, food cravings, etc.

Registration to access the Summit interviews is open.
