New revised MuTu system course starting in Earlsfield Monday 8:20pm from Monday 27 March with more than ever including motivational tips, groups etc. And yoga courses if you need some 'you' time. A couple of spaces left on the MuTu course (max 10 mums). As we head into British Summer Time, it's perfect timing to ensure you do something for you and your body confidence. MuTu stands for 'mummy tummy' and is specifically to close abdominal gaps and train your body so that every exercise is a core exercise. Understand and release or strengthen your pelvic floor. Work to understand your alignment and posture and how you can move to feel good. Others have said "the MuTu system has made the most difference to me since giving birth than anything else I have done. The course is brilliant and I have felt my body change and seen the difference in the others attending. You have helped me get more from the exercises and I feel empowered every Monday.
