Help for PND

Postby Annabel (admin) » Thu May 08, 2014 3:44 pm

Hello Everyone
For some of you this post will seem a bit cryptic, if that's you I apologise, but there isn't much I can do about that.

For others you will know exactly what I am writing about and I hope you understand why I can't even bring myself to link directly to, or mention, the newspaper or article.

What I do want to write is that as a community I hope we can offer support to all those whom are affected by PND.

PND isn't just about the blues or feeling low, it has the capacity to ruin lives and the most important thing for those whom are affected is to understand what's happening to them so they can get the support and help they need.

But that is rarely an easy thing to do.

If you, or anyone you know, might be suffering from PND I hope the following links help.

Here are some useful links...

Hello

Just wanted to add that the ladies who run the Cedar House support group are absolutely lovely - warm, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.
