I'm sorry to hear you'e been through chemo. Mark who used to work at MrB's is now mobile and is very good with fine hair and colouring. I'll PM you his number.

Hello, Can I also take his number for an elderly friend who is asking and cannot get to the hairdressers?

Many thanks in advance.

I'm sorry I don't have any recommendations, it was easier being a guy hair wise. But please accept my best wishes as I've been there and am lucky enough to still be here.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,

Julian

Hi, Esente Hair Wimbledon have set up a charity for this. Try hairreborn.org. Good luck :)

Hi, unfortunately I don't have a mobile recommendation but Jackie at GNJ Hair Studio on Lavender Hill totally transformed my chemo hair. Losing my (long) hair was one of the worst side effects of my breast cancer treatment; not quite as bad as having to tell my children (the worst day of my life) but definitely up there. Looking at my chemo frizz every day just reminded me of what we'd been through. Jackie straightened (Brazilian Keratin treatment), cut and coloured my hair and now I love it!! Feeling good about yourself is so important to recovery. So if you're struggling with chemo hair (or just need a good haircut!), and can get to a salon, go and see Jackie. I can't thank her enough. She's amazing!

Best wishes for your recovery and happy hair days ahead!

Thank you to all of you who have responded to this post and sent good wishes and great tips. It isn't actually for me, it's for a family member, but I have passed on all of the information and it has been much appreciated.
Thanks again x
