Urgent Dental Implant Recommendation Please

Postby meandmyfour » Fri Nov 10, 2017 8:02 pm

Can anyone please recommend a local dentist who can help my husband resolve a disastrous implant experience?

He urgently needs a second opinion and trustworthy, sound advice.

Thanks in advance :)

I am currently seeing dr Richard Porter at St. George’s privately. He is a consultant in restorative dentistry and is certainly very trust worthy and highly experienced in complex cases. I had quite a complicated case (according to other implant dentists I saw) but given richard’s expertise i get the feeling I am pretty straight forward to him.. he works very closely with the consultant Maxio facial doctors at George’s too which is really helpful if you need a bone graft and want to know you are in the most experienced hands. Hope all gets sorted soon..

Dr Jignesh Patel at Confidental Clinic. He's brilliant and lovely.
I've just had 3 implants done with him, including 1 bone graft, and I'm really happy with the result.

Dr Hap Gill at The Gill Clinic in Richmond is both UK and US trained with amazing facilities. 20 Water Lane TW91TJ. His work is amazing and he will give loads of his time explaining things in consultation.

Hi there
I would recommend Martin Wanendeya at Ten Dental. My husband is seeing him at the moment and he is brilliant. One of the top implantologist's in the country.
Best of luck

Implants are expensive so maybe also look into going abroad - to Budapest or even India (some excellent dentists there).

I would really recommend http://drmotiwala.com in Hyderabad where its 750 USD per implant and crown - if you have a few to do it more than pays for the flight and a holiday to see the colourful India!

I had 2 implants done in India a year ago and they are perfect. All fitted in 3 days and no follow ups needed. The only thing you need to be careful of, is only chewing lightly on the implants for the first 3 months.
