Can anyone give me some advice? I’ve been the victim of a rogue builder who lives and is still working in the area. I want to warn people not to use him and have enough evidence to enable me to name him without being guilty of slander. I’ve mentioned him on chat forums but wanted to post something permanent. Can anyone advise me how and where to do this?
Libs it may be that your builder did not also advise you of your own responsibilities as a client, check this out first. Was he a member of any organisation such as the FMB (Federation of Master Builders). Sympathy for your situation, the usual process would be dispute/adjudication....
