Can anyone recommend a local and reasonable web designer?

Postby TheParent&BabyCoach » Thu Jan 22, 2015 12:26 pm

I am looking for a local and fairly reasonably priced web designer to help me make some changes to an existing website AND potentially set up a second website.

I am so bored with not being able to get hold of someone in big companies when something goes wrong and really need that sort of support.

Any help really appreciated!!!

Hi,

I do web design as a bit of a sideline (my main job is something entirely different!).

If you PM me, I can show you a couple of recent sites that I have designed.

If you wish to go ahead then we can obviously discuss cost (but as I am freelance I am quite reasonable compared to the big boys) and I would need access details for the site you currently host.

Hello!

I am a web and graphic designer, and work from home in Wandsworth. Many of my clients have been in the mother/baby/child realm.

I don't usually market myself by you can see some of my work here: http://cappataggle.com.

I'd be happy to meet with you over coffee to discuss what you are looking for.

Dear Parent@Baby Coach,

I am a professional web developer/graphic designer/illustrator, and happen to live locally (Battersea). I have designed and built a wide range of websites, including several for local nurseries. I have sent you a message off-list with some references.

I will gladly come and visit you - without any obligation - to discuss the desired changes, a potential second website, and my more than reasonable charges.

Kind regards,
Xander

I am a freelance graphic designer with nearly 30 years experience - I have been designing/building web sites for 20 years (and there aren't many people that can say that). I have a wide range of experience from large corporate sites and content management systems down to text editing individual pages.

I also understand most of the technology involved, including databases, middleware and file transfer methods.
