My landlady (an SW19 mum) has just sold her house so I am now looking for a new Monday-Friday let.

Looking for either single or double room. Clean, tidy and organised and shall be busy working in London Bridge during the week.

I have a 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom house in Fulham (nearest tube Parsons Green) and am looking for a Mon-Fri person. The room has a kingsized bed, and you would have the bathroom to yourself, apart from one night when one of my brothers stays.

Please do let me know if you would like to hear more? the room is immediately available, I have just finished a loft conversion!

Hi,
I'm looking for a weekday lodger for a large double room in my house in Tooting Bec. It's 5 minutes walk from Tooting Bec tube station and about 20 minutes direct from there to London Bridge on the northern line. There's a shared (recently renovated) bathroom and generally only one other person at the house - a very considerate (male) GP. Also 2 friendly cats!

Another alternative option to a Monday to Friday person is putting your living space on www.vrumi.com it's like Airbnb but for workspace so freelancers (such as myself) look for flexible workspace in peoples homes. From another point of view you can get the rental income and still have your home completely to yourself in the evenings!
