Our nanny, who has worked for us for over 10 years, has just been given 6 weeks' notice by her landlord, as he has sold the flat she has lived in for the last 8+ years. She is looking for either a flat or a house share for herself and her cat, ideally in Streatham but she is willing to look farther afield. So far lots of flats she has found appear to be rented as soon as they are put on the market or are very expensive (she is looking at paying up to £1100pcm). If anyone can help, please let me know. My nanny lives in Streatham in a very nice two bedroom flat with Garden and her flatmate has just moved out.

She would love a fellow nanny flatshare. I think the rent is about £700pcm each which includes bills.
