For anyone interested there's an amazing new nursery - Apples and Honey Nightingale on Nightingale Lane which is opening in September 2017 in the grounds of the Nightingale Home and is the UK's first early years setting based within the grounds of an elderly care home with a wonderful garden of its own. Their branch in Wimbledon has consistently been Ofsted Outstanding so it has a really solid reputation. It is offering either term time sessional places or full day care for children aged 2-5 years. It is a social enterprise- all profits are re-invested to provide the best possible early years experience alongside developing a meaningful intergenerational curriculum.

It's a wonderful project! I run the weekly Intergenerational Baby and Toddler Group. Mondays, 10:30 am -12:00 pm. We spent this week making decorations for the nursery's new garden. Group is free- we sing and play. Come meet us!

Come along this Sunday to our Free Family Open Day, 25th June, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Intergenerational Sports Day, Performances, LOADS of activities for young and old. No one will get bored! Chance to have a play in our new nursery before we open in September (spaces going fast!).
