Thought I'd post to warn you all that I just had a call from someone claiming to be from Visa card services saying they needed to arrange delivery of my new debit card. Before I had the chance to question him, he asked me to confirm my address which he then reeled off perfectly. I didn't confirm but asked for a number to call him back as this sounded unusual. He said he didn't have a direct line and to call the number on the back of the card, but said if we could just run through security questions then he could confirm everything with me. Obviously, alarm bells were ringing, so I said I didn't think I was due a new card and which bank was he calling from? At this point, he went quiet for a while and then hung up!
Just wanted to spread the word - don't be fooled as he was pretty persuasive!
