We are resourcing a 15 hour a week role for a wonderful family business that needs your help. Working directly for one of the family members, he needs an organisational supremo to support him with varied aspects of the business. The role will be a mixture of administration, PA duties, and accounts / management information.

The family company owns and runs many properties throughout the world, in addition to other business interests. The role he is seeking for this person to take over includes approx 3 hours per day of general administration and accounts work. For e.g.. managing property rental revenue, liaising with contractors and reviewing documents for any international construction that is occurring, liaising with international family members on aspects of the business, updating management information with accounting information.

It is a new role so in some ways will be tailored for the right person! If you are the kind of person who just gets things done, is trustworthy and loves to take responsibility for their work then this could be for you.

Accounting experience will be beneficial but is not mandatory.

In return, the role can be performed from home, with the odd meeting in the company offices based right near Piccadily Circus.

Please note this role has now been shortlisted. We have been blown away by the quality of candidates who have got in touch. Mental note - must find more good part-time positions for this amazing talent pool.
