Part time PA / Office Manager based in Balham
Hours: Initially approx 4 hours - ideally over 2 mornings. This may increase in September.
I run a small training college. I am looking for an assistant to support me with the day-to-day running of my business.
Duties will include: answering the phone, responding to emails, updating course content, enrolling new students.
I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, IT literate - must be proficient in Word and Excel, highly organised with an ability to work unsupervised, flexible and most importantly be cheerful and optimistic. If you also have marketing skills this would be a bonus!
