At Madison Hill, we find, let and manage premium properties for holidaymakers, corporates and locals who need a temporary home-from-home.
Our customers value us for our personal service and the care and attention we give them. We’re friendly, genuine, and our focus is on helping people have a comfortable, stress-free stay.
We are expanding and next week are taking a new property into our portfolio. We’re looking for someone who has time to provide a spare set of hands – willing to the ball and run with it!
Job Description
Examples of tasks:
• sourcing and purchasing home-ware items
• data entry of purchase receipts
• receiving deliveries
• packing and delivering linen bags
• replenishing cleaning caddies
• delivering items to our apartments
Are you a good fit?
• You will have a strong work ethic and have an eye for what looks good. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and take pride in doing a job thoroughly, properly, and in record time.
• You will have a flexible and collaborative working style and be extremely versatile.
• You’ll be highly organised and pro-active; able to see a job that needs doing and get on with doing it.
• You will have a friendly demeanor and be presentable at all times; able to interact with all sorts of people.
Specific Skills Required
Working knowledge of the following:
• Excel
• Word
• Basic understanding of Quickbooks is a plus
Other Requirements
• Reside in South West London/geographically close to SW12
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Capable of lifting 10 kg
• Full, clean Driver's License
• Preferably have your own vehicle
