Tiro Partners is an exciting Recruitment company based in Clapham Old Town, currently with 7 consultants including two founders and looking to grow to 15 by the end of 2016.
We are looking for an Office/Operations Manager for a 6-month contract, part-time maternity cover, starting mid-late June and ending December 2016.
The role is 15 hours a week, office based and you can split the time across 4-5 days. Its a great role working with great people, perfect to fit around school hours.
You need to organised, hard-working, have good attention to detail and a sense of humour!
Main responsibilities are outlined below but you don’t necessarily need experience in all of these, just be competent at picking up new things fast and administrative duties.
• Administering new contracts and extensions for Clients and Candidates
• Monthly Contractor Payroll
• Monthly Consultant Commission
• Monthly Invoicing of Clients
• Sending letters to Debtors
• Ad hoc payment of invoices
• Updating Database with Candidates CV’s
• Management of Online Training Portal
• HR Assistant Duties
• Ad hoc projects
