Local Mum? Expat Mum?

Hi there! I'm a local Stay-At-Home-Mum. I've been a member of this site for years and recently started blogging. By some miracle I've been short-listed for a Brilliance in Blogging award (which is kinda a big deal in the parenting blog sphere) and I would love your vote: http://www.britmums.com/2014...

Re: Places to visit in May

Hi, Not sure if you have found a place to visit in May but wanted to update you on my previous posting. We have just returned from Dorset and loved it. Here's my blog post on Norburton Hall, if you're interested: http://californianmuminlondon.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/our-holiday-cottage-norburton-hall...

I need a Frozen birthday cake

Hi,

My daughter is having her bday party on Monday the 21st April. She really wants a Frozen cake (the film, not from the freezer). Can anyone recommend a good baker in the Raynes Park/Kingston/Wimbledon area?

Thanks!

Re: Places to visit in May

We're going to Dorset next month. Two hours from London and lots of greenery/family activities. We'll be staying at a really nice cottage called http://www.norburtonhall.com/index.html.

Hope that helps. :)

Re: How much do you spend on birthday gifts?

I used to spend £10-£15 on each gift, but now that my eldest is at school we go to so many parties that I try to keep that number to £5-£8. I wrote about it here: http://californianmuminlondon.blogspot. ... hdays.html

Re: American or Expat Mums, Or Any Parent

Glad you liked it! Hopefully the accent sorts itself out as I don't want my kids sounding like Madonna.
