The technician who came was called Paul & he carried out a thorough check throughout my house & baited with various different kinds of poison upstairs and downstairs. They offer a 12 month guarantee so if you see signs of little visitors again they will come back free of charge & have even offered to pop back in a couple of weeks to check that the current bait has been taken.
