Good suggestion from llorwa, as I suspect that you'll be unlikely to find a pub that will be able to 'lend' you their kitchen as, presumably, their kitchens will already be catering for their evening customers who are eating.

There are various companies to provide cleaning services. And now cleaning is professionally known and even served at professional level. They are hired by individuals for their services.
