I've been a career coach for 10 years (live in Balham) - website www.10Eighty.co.uk and help people focus on what their values are, what motivates them and what skills they enjoy and are good at in order to put together a career plan.
I see a life coach as different. Good luck with whoever you choose - I believe it's all about the chemistry. If you're interested, please get in touch for a chat - info@10Eighty.co.uk.

I would highly recommend Sue Atkins. Not only is she an incredible professional, she is my mentor and very good friend.

Hello
I'm a professional life coach trained by Paul McKenna & Tony Robbins & have written a 3 hour CD Weighing up the work life balance – which asks lots of thought provoking questions. Alternatively I offer 3,6,12 week coaching packages. You may have seen me on ITV 'This Morning' as I'm their Parenting Coach.
Happy to help.

My wife is a careers and executive coach based in Raynes Park / Wimbledon. She trades as Meadow View Coaching https://www.meadowviewcoaching.co.uk/. She doesn't tell me details of her coaching (confidentiality) but I know she has had some really positive outcomes for those she has worked with.

What I do know from what she's told me is that there are different kinds of coach - its a broad space, and each coach will focus on distinct areas. This is underlined by the different training courses they go through, and the varying backgrounds of each coach. As such, I'd recommend that whoever you choose has a focus on the particular area you're looking for support with. eg. if you want support with career change, returning to work, aiming for promotion or just figuring out why work feels like a drag, a coach focused on careers and professional life would be what you are looking for. Hope this helps.

I also recommend Carol Fox of Fox Vision - carol@foxvision.co.uk She was very good at getting to the nub of the problem when I was recently feeling stuck over life choices and how to approach them and what to do. She lives in Dulwich and has many years' experience either one-to-one or for big corporate companies.

Hi there,

I have used someone fantastic who went through a massive life change/career move/Country move and then retrained several years ago to be a life coach and she is really amazing. I have also had colleagues who have used her too, with great success.

Her name is Liv, have a look on her website - https://www.oliviaread.com
and give her a call for a free chat to see if you feel you could work together. Good luck with whomever you choose

Thanks

I visited the site to find out about the Romany Campaign. I am a human resources consultant (woman 60) with experience of coaching individuals about career change and associated life choices. I can't give names of clients for recommendations but I am highly qualified, own web site insured etc. lived in Earlsfield for 30 years. I recommend initial one hour consultation then 5 more sessions of one per week with a bit of "homework" in between.

Hello all

I'm going through a period of change at work which is potentially a great opportunity to progress. But I want to ensure I approach this opportunity as best I can. Has anyone had a good experience of seeing a career/life coach and could recommend someone? All moving rather fast so any feedback very welcome.

Thanks so much
