We are currently running in-person pregnancy yoga classes every Saturday morning at 09.00am
The classes are a great way to help you relax and prepare for the arrival of your little one!
The classes are held in the stunning upstairs studio at Fresh Ground Church (an amazing place to grab a coffee & pastry after class too)
All of our memberships also come with unlimited access to our timetable of Zoom classes too, so you'll be spoilt for choice
