Good but reasonably priced builder wanted SW17

Postby foodeditorjo » Fri May 11, 2018 9:06 am

I'm trying to help my ex husband who needs his Victorian terraced house sorting out! It's in general disrepair and needs decorating plus skirting boards etc repaired/replaced, all wood sanding, doors replaced, door frames repaired, and maybe replastering in some rooms, as well as a bathroom being ripped out and replaced by a shower room. Also a rotting window frame and bits of damp in the sitting room, creaky and damaged floorboards etc etc. He'd also like a new kitchen and to revamp the utility room. So... nothing structural as such but a lot of cosmetic work. Does anyone know of a builder that is good and could do all of this but isn't wildly expensive? Budget is tight, so this is crucial! Thanks

You won't go wrong with Constantine (Cos) de Naray. He has done a number of jobs for me, big and small, all brilliantly and speedily. He is also excellent value. You can get him on 07767 200252‬
