housekeeper/nanny needed for 1 month

I'm looking for a housekeeper/nanny to start asap until August 18th.
I need someone to work 4 or 5 days a week, 9am to 3pm.
Main duties will be helping around the house, a bit of cleaning, washing up, helping with cooking, etc. and also helping me look after my 2 year old daughter and 3 month old son.
You need to have a current DBS check, 2 references, 2 proofs of identity, and some experience working with children and babies.
