Home renovation insurance

Postby emilycotton83 » Mon May 14, 2018 2:12 pm

Hi there,

This forum has been so helpful before I thought I'd ask again! We are shortly going to to buy a property in Balham that needs renovating and will be unoccupied during this period.

Does anyone have any recommendations for insurance companies that will insure a building with this happening?

We've tried Towergate but the policy is very expensive and not very comprehensive.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

I will message you with the insurance company we used. We are just coming to the end of a renovation in the nightingale triangle and had to deal with a similar issue regarding insurance.
