Come and join us for a FREE Women’s Football Fitness Taster session on Monday 8th January @ 9:30 am, with ex-professional player Mel Capleton on Wandsworth Common, Bolingbroke Grove side, opposite Broomwood Road.
It is a well known fact that playing football is a better way for women to get into shape than running!
Research has found that the dynamics of the game helps increase strength and cardiac health, whilst the social interaction of the game means those playing football were more likely to keep it up regularly than runners.
If you don’t own football boots no need to worry as trainers will be fine and there’s absolutely no prior football experience needed. Our Women’s Football Fitness classes are for women of all ages, fitness and footballing abilities!
