We're a fast-growing food business in Wandsworth Town looking for an experienced finance professional to join our friendly team. Must love office dogs and food as much as we do. We need someone who can provide financial management across the business, helping to maintain a clear path towards our revenue and profit goals. This is a part time role with potential for flexible working hours.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
-Day to day cash flow management and forecasting, maintaining an up to date cash flow report and forecast, and reporting on this as required
-Assisting with team budgets, costs and financial planning within teams
-Ad hoc financial admin, including invoice payment and staff salaries, management of Adyen, HSBC
-Liaison with accountants and other financial partners
-Preparation and presentation of regular financial reports and detailed performance analysis to management and investors in board meetings and other
-General financial advice and control across the team, helping to maintain a clear path towards our revenue and profit targetsInsights + Analysis
-Running regular analysis and reporting updates based on established procedures, under the guidance of our consultant data scientist.
-Working closely with teams across the business (sales, marketing and customer retention) to deliver analysis of their team performance and customer behaviour, reporting findings and making recommendations
-Working to make the activity of each team more targeted and effective using data and analysis, focusing on their core team KPIs e.g. sales CPA, customer box spend, etc.
-Project managing this work across teams, establishing working relationships to effect change and regularly reporting findings to management.
-Managing the insight expectations and requirements of the wider business, making good use of data science consultancy to adapt and develop new reports and insights to fit the business needs.
Salary dependent on experience.
