Hi yes - happy to help. Give me a shout anytime!

Suffice to say it’s the best thing you can do for the animals, for your health and for the planet. I couldn’t love this lifestyle more and it is totally doable these days - not complicated at all.

Feel free to DM me - and anyone else that would like to know more!

My wife has been vegan for about 10 years now, and vegetarian since childhood. Our 2 boys are vegan, and have been since birth. (I’m not although I was vegetarian for about 7-8 years.)

She is a very good person to talk to about these things - it’s not difficult to have a vegan household in this day and age, and our kids are super healthy (we’re careful to ensure they get the right nutrition etc). There are a very (very) limited number of important things which we can’t do without which are not vegan (basically certain medications which did not come in a vegan option like Vit K2 at birth) which we make exception for, but by and large most things have a vegan substitute.

She’s on here somewhere too - I’d have to find her username but I’m sure she’d be happy to help.

EDIT: sixfootredhead is her username. Don’t know if she checks messages but why don’t you send her a message. I will let her know about this thread.

Hi Ppasha27,

I have been Vegan for over 2 years and can give some tips. Happy to meet up and have a chat. It's definitely easier than it looks, especially noawadays with more options available at restaurants and supermarkets.

Give me a shout if you want to have a chat.

Vegan families in the area?

I've been exploring the benefits of veganism and am wondering if there are any vegan families in the area that can talk me through what the family meals look like. All the info I can find is from Instagram moms living in vans driving across beautiful places, which is nice and all, but I'd really like some practical tips for those living in big city. Any help appreciated! thanks!
